The Sun & Surf Café is a fun-family restaurant that also lends a setting conducive to sharing both, lively conversation and food with family, friends and business colleagues. Bearing an underwater themed ambience, it features a bounty of international specialties, a beverage bar and a gourmet shop offering fresh, homemade breads, pastries and cakes. The Café also offers a wide choice of international favourites, buffet-style or a la carte. An outstanding feature is its show kitchen, offering a visual spectacle of more than five chefs orchestrating sumptuous delicacies of different cuisines on-the-spot, serving only the freshest dishes to diners. Located on Level 1 with its own outdoor terrace facing the poolside, the Sun & Surf Café is open daily for breakfast from 6.30am to 10.30am, lunch from 12.00noon to 2.30pm and for dinner from 7.00pm to 10.30pm.
